Effects

Heal Powder heals all status problems for a Pokémon (sleep, paralysis, poison, burn, freeze, and confusion), but also lowers its Friendship level.

Friendship is lowered by 5 points if the Pokémon's current Friendship level is less than 200, or by 10 points if it is 200 or more.
