Effects

Resets opponent's Evasiveness, Normal-type and Fighting-type attacks can now hit Ghosts, and Ghost-type attacks hit Normal.

Gold/Silver Crystal	Negates accuracy reduction moves.
Ruby/Sapphire Emerald	Negates the foe’s efforts to heighten evasiveness.
FireRed/LeafGreen	Completely negates the foe’s efforts to heighten its ability to evade.
Diamond/Pearl Platinum HeartGold/SoulSilver	Enables the user to hit a Ghost type with any type of move. It also enables the user to hit an evasive foe.
Black/White	Enables a Ghost-type target to be hit by Normal- and Fighting-type attacks. It also enables an evasive target to be hit.
