Two turns after the move is selected, Future Sight will deal damage. If the opponent switched Pokemon in the meantime, the damage dealt will depend on the Special Defense of the Pokemon the move hits, not the Pokemon it was originally targeted at.
Future Sight worked a little differently prior to Black/White. Its base power was 80, its accuracy 90% and it had 15 PP.
The damage Future Sight dealt was typeless, which means it could hit Dark-type Pokemon. Furthermore, it used the Special Defense stat of the originally targeted Pokemon, even if it switched out in the meantime.
