Effects

Gyro Ball inflicts varying damage: the slower the user compared to the opponent, the higher the damage, up to a maximum base power of 150.

The base power is calculated as: 25 × Target's Speed ÷ User's Speed. So if the opponent is twice as fast as the user, for example, Gyro Ball will have base power 50.
