Targets a single adjacent Pokemon.

Effects

Power Split averages the user's Attack and Special Attack with those of the target. Stat boosts are not taken into account. The effect lasts until the battle ends or the Pokemon switches out.

For example, if the user's Attack was 100, the opponent's was 200, and the opponent had used Swords Dance, then both Pokemon would end up with 150 Attack. Due to the stat boost, the opponent's effective Attack would now be 300 (instead of the 400 it was originally).
