I thought that Ice Fang could only cause Flinch or Frozen status, not both. But here's what happened when I was EV training: Stoutland used Ice Fang! The wid Beeheyem was frozen solid! The wild Beeheyem thawed out! The wild Beheyem flinched!
Is that possible without the game glitching? This is Black1

It is possible. Ice Fang has that power to cause more than 1 effect at once.

It isn't a glitch ice fang can do both. It never said it was ever impossible :L
