Mine knows:

Sunny Day: Charges up Solarbeam, increases Speed with Chlorophyll, improves Synthesis.
Solarbeam: High power, STAB, high accuracy, charged by Sunny Day.
Synthesis: Increased healing with Sunny Day.
Sleep Powder: Puts the foe to Sleep, which helps in setting up Sunny Day.

If you're lucky enough to get a bellossom with hidden power Rock, then it could cover most of its weaknesses. But I know how you are about Hp. so I would change sleep powder to stun spore or toxic. sleep powder isn't the most reliable move, and even if you do land it, the for will just switch out. The sleep clause would make that problematic. But that's just me, I like the extra 10% with toxic.

1 Swords-dance gives you Great attack and it is easy to set up most of the time thanks to Bellossom's Bulk. Drain-punch is for coverage and recovery. Leaf-blade is for STAB. Return is a great neutral coverage move while Sunny-day would be there if you don't have Sun-support.

EDIT: I just found out you can not have Drain-punch and Nature-power at the same time :(
