I was on PS, Random Battle, Ninetals VS Skitty, my Fire Blast missed. Why?

Skitty may be holding BrightPowder. Even though that's probably banned. Besides, you do realize Fire Blast has 85 accuracy, right?? It also may have used Double Team.

No they are not, because although they have infinite accuracy they are not boosted by the weathers that they benefit from. Rain does not boost Thunder's power, only it's accuracy, and Hail only boosts Blizzard's accuracy, not it's power.
