They are the same as the normal catch rate of the Pokemon. So the catch rate of N's Klink isn't any different from a normal Klink's. I'll edit in the catch rates now.

Catch Rates:
Purrloin: 255 (33.3%)
Pidove: 255 (33.3%)

Timburr: 190 (24.8%)
Tympole: 255 (33.3%)

Woobat: 190 (24.8%)
Sandile: 180 (23.5%)

Darumaka: 120 (15.7%)
Darmanitan: 60 (7.8%)

Scraggy: 180 (23.5%)
Sigilyph: 45 (5.9%)

Boldore: 120 (15.7%)
Joltik: 190 (24.8%)

Ferroseed: 255 (33.3%)
Klink: 130 (17.0%)

*= Catch rate with full HP, using regular PokeBall
