Will these glitches freeze or affect your game and how?

I'm very scaried and concerned about the affect about glitches because I have some strong Pokemon and I have a Genesect that is AWESOME.

Nothing to your game, but you will not be able to do anything in Join Avenue for the day.
No, I tried this. Nothing happened.
No, it's an error within programming-all White 2 games have this.
