Is there a connection between Riley and Sir Aron ?

ok, In the movie Lucario and the mystery of Mew there is a man who traps Lucario in a stick.(I think Sir Aron).Who is a protector of Aura.Riley is also a protector of Aura too and he looks excacly like Sir Aron.He wears the same hat,same voice and his face is identical like Sir Arons.And they both have a Lucario on their side.Is a connection between them ?

Riley has many similarities with Sir Aaron from Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. In addition to design similarities, both Trainers have a Lucario and can use Aura.
