Can you survive a Self KO move?

Question

I was wondering if you give your Pokemon a Focus Sash or it the Pokemon's ability is Sturdy then use a Self KO move like Explosion or something, would you survive with 1hp?

No,you cant survive. The focus sash or sturdy ability blocks opponets attacks, not your own.Source

No. This only works for your own moves.
