I mean choice scarf raises speed so I can put down a spore and toxic orb heals more than leftovers but brelooms defenses aren't anything to brag about. Which item should it hold
Why would you use a scarf and spore? Scarf means you can only choose one move unless you switch. I'd go toxic orb if you are using spore.
