I have a lvl 1 anorith with 7 attack.My other one has increased attack but 6? which one will have higher total attack?

I kind of understand.
So are you saying you EV trained the Anorith with 6 Attack?
If so, then the Anorith with 6 attack will have more attack power when it is at higher levels. Not all Pokemon have the same stats when they hatch and the stats will change and differ as you level them up.
