Can I get a stunky or skuntank in my Pokemon black 2?

You actually can. You need to get the Noisy Hidden Grotto mission. When you are undertaking the mission, Stunky appears.

TBB is wrong =='. You can get Stunky from a Hidden Grotto during a certain Funfest Mission. That mission is called ''Noisy Hidden Grottoes''.
