Question

So if I have the shining charm, and I decide to to try to SR to catch a shiny legendary, will the shiny chance be reduced to 2,046(or whater it is). I am thinking this will work because it is a wild Pokemon battle right? So does teh Shining Cham make shiny legendaries easier to get?

Yeah. It increases the chance of all wild Pokémon, including legendaries (Except Reshiram and Zekrom), since the chance of finding a Shiny legendary are the same as finding a Shiny non-legendary.
