You can't get a Rhyperior egg.You can't get eny evolved Pokemon from eggs.You get their pre-evolved form.And Rhyhorn can't learn Ice/Fire punch.So how can Rhyperior ?
In BW2: Take your Rhyperior to the move tutor in Driftveil City and be prepared to hand over 10 Red Shards for each.
In HG/SS: Take your Rhyperior to the move tutor at the Battle Frontier and be prepared to pay 64 Battle Points for each.
