Is there any way overcoat is better for reuniclus than magic guard?

Magic Guard is for non weather teams.
Staus, Weather, all non attacking moves are blocked.

Overcoat is for weather teams.
Weather is blocked.

Magic Guard > Overcoat

It means that MG is yes, pretty much better than Overcoat.
