It has a waaay batter movepool, stats, and it can also win the weather war with beneficial EV's and natures. It has nice Attacking stats too, meaning it can potentially become the sand setter and a physcial sweeper.
Hippodown is more of a Toxic staller and really won't do much good paired with Excadrill.
