if I keep my Pokemon on a PC whill it make him less friendly or happy???

Keeping them in it does not reduce happiness. However, their happiness is reduced a little when you put them in the PC.

What if they just happen to be in your team, and you are just using other pokemon in the PC, but not them? And what if you put them in a box, and then take them out before logging off the PC?
