What is the chance of a critical hit if a Pokemon uses leafblade/slash ect. while holding a razer claw?

If you can use this strategy correctly you can one hit KO a opponents team.

25% because with the high critical hit move with razor claw move brings it up to level 3 being 25% chance. This is a 1/4 chance so you should expect a critical hit every 4 turns.

ronnoc is actually correct.
stop downvoting.  just read my source and you will see.  level one is original.  Level 2 would be because of leaf blade.  Level three would be because of razor claw.  Appearantly you guys dont understand that regular moves begin at level one not level 0.
