If you are holding a focus sash and you use explosion/selfdestruct would your Pokemon faint?

Would they,because as long as they don't faint they could easily one hit KO a Pokemon as long as they weren't rock,steel,or ghost types.

Yes they would faint there is no way to survive unless you ability was damp which prevents you from using that type of move
