Things to do:

Befriend the guardians.
Befriend Darkrai.
Befriend the legendaries.
Befriend everyone.
For these four, you need certain items, seen here.
Reach Guildmaster rank.
Beat the Special Episodes.
Raise your IQ.
Find the secret statue.
Recruit a Kecleon.
Unlock all the dungeons.
Beat the Zero Isles.
