You have a 75% chance of using thunder (in sun with the opponent holding bright powder) which will have 41.6 rounded down to 41 % chance of hitting.. (I believe all numbers round down in Pokemon if I remember HF saying so)
The probability of the move hitting is 0.5 (acc) x( 100 (users % of acc) / 1.2 (opponents evasion) )
