where can I find the electric mouse in the viridian forest so I can find a male pikachu in Pokemon heart gold

You got mixed up. Pikachu IS the Electric Mouse Pokemon. There is nothing that makes it appear, it does by default. The answers below will give details.

You just run around in the grass. Although there is a very low chance of finding a pikachu.

  • Morning- 6 % chance of finding Pikachu (lv 4 - 7)
  • Day- 6 % chance of finding Pikachu (lv 4 - 7)
  • Night- 5 % chance of finding Pikachu Night (lv 4)

Its a very rare chance to find Pikachu so it will take some time to find one.
