If it hits dig coudn't it hit dive. if not does whirlpool hit it?

No. Surf can hit with double power when the foe uses dive. Apparently Whirlpool and low kick can hit it too.

Hmmm. Didn't a memebr who assked this question earlier get back that Whirlpool and Low Kick can attack Diving Pokemon? Oh, I'm not saying DT is wrong but that that other memeber was wrong.
