There is a tier called "Smogon Doubles"

Yeah but when I go onto select the tier list on Showdown, it doesn't come up there.

you should be banned from showdown anyways. They have COPPA bans.

There are 2 tiers. One is Smogon Doubles and the other is Doubles VGC 2013(dev).

Doubles VGC 2013 has different rules im pretty sure
