Where can I find a power herb in B2 and does it only work once?

I want to give it to my Unfezant so for sky attack it only takes one turn.

You get it at Gear Station or PWT
It costs 32BP for a Power Herb at Gear Station. 16 BP at the PWT.
It only works once.
