Question about Event Keldeo?

I recieved an event Keldeo on White 2, and it says something weird on its summary:

Apparently arrived at Lv.50
Lovely place
Fateful ecounter

What and where is this "lovely place"?

Its definitely not a place accessible in the Games, but I could kind of make this out:

Habitat:
Keldeo appears at beautiful watersides.

Above is the description for Keldeo's habitat from here.
Since it says "beautiful", I think Lovely Place is a Lovely Place near a waterside where Keldeo was born or goes for some reason.
