i was goung to say trade it to your gen 4 game to ressurect Spirtomb but you can't! i'm such an dip-stick! lol i trolled myself!

I would say that it would have no use in the Gen 5 games since this a key item in the gen4 games to resurrect Spritomb. So,the best thing to do is to sell it in the pokecenter shop. YOu will get 1050 pokedollars.
