In Sapphire, when I send out my Kyogre, Drizzle activates. But when I switch to Rayquaza, the rain continues. Why?
It continues but the effect doesn't apply. The graphics are still there but the effects of rain don't apply still, which is what air loc does. Once you switch out the effects will work again.
The rain does continue, but Raquaza'a airlock has suppressed it's effect. It's still there but it isn't doing anything.
