I know that scraggy is weak to fighting since apparently a any fighting type like lucario is weak to fighting because of his weakness to fighting types.

Timburr won't evolve to his last evolution unless you trade. And scraggy has nice defense as well as attack. I would train scraggy and boost its speed. Hope I helped:)

but if you have a friend to trade with, timburr is nice. He is very slow though. I don't think he is very good for an in game team
