I need a good Fire wall on Black 2, my team is TOTALLY weak to Fire more than anything
else, please provide a decent moveset as well. Thanks ^-^

Omastar

Omastar has a better defense and better SpAtk
For ingame This is the one I would go for as he can withstand most hits with better defensive stats than Kabutops.

This is a set suggested by trachy,

Omastar (M) @ Focus Sash

Trait: Weak Armor

EVs: 36 HP / 252 SAtk / 220 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Scald Ice Beam Shell Smash Hidden Power [Rock]

I find it kind of odd so here's another

Trait: Shell armor

EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

Stealth Rock Spikes Toxic Spikes Surf

The item for this moveset was red card. Meh any item will work ingame really.
Either one works as a fire wall as they are both 4X resistant to fire moves.

If you want a slightly speedier Pokemon who relies on Attack then go for Kabutops but this is my suggestion. Hope it helps FF!!

I say Omastar with its high special attack it can use a whole lot of different special moves. Plus it can learn hydro pump, and even if if Kabutops could, with it's low special attack it really wouldn't do much. Here's my set-up:

Omastar
Modest +Sp. Att/ -Att
EV's: 252 Special attack/ 252 Special defense/ 4 Defense
Trait: Shell armor
Item: Zoom lens
Moves:
Ice beam/ Takes care of grass, ground and the overpowered dragon type.
Hydro pump/ +STAB, takes care of your fire problem.
Stealth rock/ Gives Omastar something else to do.
Anything/ I was going to suggest stone edge, but with it's low attack stat and modest nature, it wouldn't do much.

With it's low speed zoom lens gives it +10 accuracy making his hydro pump's accuracy 90 meaning it usually won't miss. With EV's invested in Sp. Defense fire moves will do barely anything with its 1/4 damaged allowing for a safe switch in. Stealth rock will stop sturdy/ focus sash users, also causing some damage.
