Hurricane vs Bug buzz: Volcarona's epic desicion?

Ok, so I have a volcarona blah blah blah
-bug buzz/hurricane
-giga drain
-fiery dance
-quiver dance

Bug buzz
Pros: Gets STAB

Cons: Not much coverage with the rest of the set

Hurricane
Pros: Nice coverage, take other volcaronas, counter rain.

Cons: Without rain, it isn't fun to use

Without rain, bug buzz. Hurricane is rendered useless without rain because its poor accuracy. If you do have rain, keep bug buzz but replace fiery dance with hurricane so you can use both. Fire moves are weakned in the rain.
