Hmmm, according to Serebii, Thunderpunch isn't an Egg move.

But since Charizard's in the Monster Egg Group, you can try breeding a female Charizard with a male Ampharos, who learns Thunderpunch through levelup.

Who knows, maybe it'll work! =)

Charmander can learn it by move tutor, which means it should also learn by breeding.
