I never understand about breeding and I want to learn about it! If I breed female Jumpluff with male Exegutor that know confusion, will the baby Hoppip know that move?

Yes, that's exactly right! =D

Only certain parents can give certain genes to the offspring (For some reason, very unlike real-life genes). Males provide 3 IVs (Basically, a foundation for a certain stat) and egg moves, and the female provides the other 3 IVs and the species.

Gender, Personality value, nature, etc. are random, but can be influenced in certain/complicated ways.
