Pokemon Frozen Symphony Version is a fanmade Pokemon game created by a few of my friends and I from Deviantart.com. There is a difference between Fake and Fanmade. Fake means that I'm just trying to troll you and it will never be a real idea. Fanmade means it will be a playable video game, it just will not be sponsored by Nintendo or GameFreak.
So yes and no it's not a sponsored or official game but it's going to be made.
