Does Kingdra work well as a tank in OU?

I need someone to be a tank or a wall in ou. I needed him to 4x resist fire moves. I need him to be able to take grass attacks well. I thought that kingdra might work well, but I'm not sure. I would like an EV spread.

No, unfortunately he doesn't. But I do have a tank for you that meets your specificationsmuch better than Kingdra.

Heatran is an excellent tank in OU, and is immune to Fire and 4x resists grass.

Thank you! I'm going to use him. Plus ground type moves won't be a problem because I've got two levitate pokemon.
