i was battling in wifi and a haxorus used guilliotine inmy golem that had sturdy and it worked what happened was a glitch or bug?

It was neither a glitch or a bug because Haxorus can have the ability mold breaker. Mold breaker enables moves to be used regardless of abilities so, Golem's sturdy will have no effect on Haxorus.

no because MB makes it so moves can be used regardless of abilities, and no guard makes it so that if the NG pokemon uses something like fly the opponent still hits them even though the NG pokemon is in midair
