Alleluia. I have an Exploud, male, knowing earthquake, and a female charmander. That makes for one heck of an earthquakin' Charizard! Right? Actually wrong.(!?) It only inherited Rest from Exploud! BOOOO! I want an earthqakin' Charizard! What went wrong? Why Isn't baby charmander a chip off the old block!?

Nope, Charmander can't learn Earthquake unfortunately, so it won't learn it through breeding.
