Where do you get a Light Ball in Black/White 2?

I want a Pikachu that knows Volt Tackle, but I don't have the Light Ball. Where can I get it???

There is no way to get a Light Ball in W2. You would have to get a Volt Tackle Pikachu from HG, SS, D, P, or Platinum.
