I need to finish the Pokedex and I need Clefable, but I don't have a Moon Stone. Anyone know somewhere to get it?

You can get a moon stone in caves by walking in a dust cloud. There is a chance you can get a moon stone by doing that. You can also get a moon stone in the Antique Shop at Join Avenue. Otherwise you could find a Clefable in rustling grass at Giant Chasm.

Rare Giant Chasm (rustling grass)

You'd only be able to get in rustling grass. You can always get a Clefairy (also at the Giant Chasm) and trade for a Moon Stone? Or run around a cave and hope one of the swirling dusts has a moon stone.
