I really like the snow/grass combo, but is it worthwhile to take into the Four?

Yes, but I recommend that you take somebody else with it:)

All right, this already has two answers, but I would say Yes. Why? Because he will plow through the first two Elite Four, and it can hold its own against Flint's Drifblim. The fourth won't give Abomasnow too much trouble, and Champion Cynthia's Garchomp and Roserade don't appreciate Ice moves. Not to mention her Grass hating Milotic. So yes. I would use it.

Wow! Thank you! Do you have a possible suggestion for a moveset and good hold item? Right now it has Avalanche, Ice Shard, Wood Hammer (Or whatever), and Ingrain. I'm okay with moving the two grass type moves because I like to switch out my pokemon, and  Wood Hammer has too big a recoil on it.
Ok, instead of Ingrain try Leech Seed. it heals more, you can still switch, and it damages the opponent. The rest is fine for the Elite Four.
For a held item, try Leftovers or Nevermeltice.

I would say no, mainly because there are a lot of Pokemon in the Elite four that know fire type moves, to Obamasnow, fire type moves do X4 damage, you don't want to be eating up those revives on him do you?

Well, I haven't played it in awhile but probably not because flint would beat it in one shot but it could possibly beat the second person though, and she has ground types.
