I have a problem with game sync?

i change the hour in my ds 2 weeks ago and I couldnt connect to the game sync and now I cant connect (i have change the game from my ds with my brother could that be the problem)

That is definitely the problem. If you change your system, it will change. This happened to my friend, so that's how I know.
