I've always wondered since in the game struggle is a "secret move",so has it happened in the anime series?

No becuase the pokemon do not run out of pp however the pokemon seem to have the ability to hurt them without useing moves like in the old episode the school of hard knocks pikachu defeated cubone without useing a move.

I've only used struggle once, when I had a magnemite and ran out of PP. really annoying. Recoil is pretty bad.
