I have SS, and I can't find a clue of how to get a Lucario. And I really want to breed it to get a Riolu.

Unfortunately there is no way to find a Lucario or a Riolu is HG/SS. You'll have to trade with a friend, or get one on D/P/P and trade it to your HG/SS.

From my experience on Diamond, there should be a ranger guy, which appears in the anime, investigating Iron Island. He should be down the left stair case and asks for your help. You should encounter Team Galactic Grunts. Once you beat them The ranger is going to offer you an egg, which will hatch into a Riolu. If the link says the same then I will hide this comment.
