Its called magma armor. its already been introduced. prevents freezing, and can be found on magcargo

Yes, there are new abilities in Black & White (they are not listed on this site yet). And there will be new abilities in future generations too.

EDIT: as Seabass said there is already an ability to prevent freezing: Magma Armor - http://pokemondb.net/ability/magma-armor
