What are the nighttime hours in Soul Silver?

Question

I wanted to catch a Paris so I could cut down a tree in Ilex Forest. Its rare in day, but uncommon in night or morning. I wanted a better chance to catch it, so I'm wondering when to do so. I refuse to let my Croconaw be an HM slave.
