as this says the 2 blisseys (in Pokemon diamond/pearl) hold rare candy's so if I use thief do I get to hold the candy's?
Yes because in Diamond/Pearl you can permently steal items from everyone still. This doesn't apply for B/W. So them Rare Candies are yours for the taking.
