Is it true that the Pikachu 3DS XL had to be reserved to get it?

If so, can you get it online?

People were reserving/ lining up in Japan for it when it was first released in order to get it first, but otherwise, it's not something need to reserve in order to get. My local GAME aren't out of stock of the Pikachu 3DS XL, so it's not that limited.

It also depends where you are; I can't say for other countries, but at GAME in UK, you can buy it online and have it delivered to you, all for the complete bargain/ absolutely outrageous price of £199.99.

Is the currency you used a euro?
Someone tell me if that's a Euro!!! If you know what currency that is PLEASE tell me!!
That's pound sterling, not Euro. EDIT: current exchange rate: 1.53 USD to 1 pound sterling, courtesy of Google.
THANK YOU!!
I know you can buy it on Amazon, but it's over $100 or $200 or something like that.
